About Federation

All-Ukrainian Association of Regional Employers’ Organizations of Metallurgical Complex «Ukrainian Federation of Metallurgists» was created on July 19, 2006 to provide the participation of employers-metallurgists in building harmonious relations of Ukrainian business with government and workers.

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered Ukrainian Federation of Metallurgists on September 19, 2006 and issued Certificate on State Registration #2528.

Ukrainian Federation of Metallurgists is unprofitable public organization, which unites regional employers’ organizations of metallurgical branch.

The Ukrainian Federation of Metallurgists is based on principles of legality, freedom of walk-out, voluntary entry, equality of members, independence, publicity, self-government and responsibility for the execution of the taken obligations.

The primary purpose of the Federation is a representation and protection of its members, i.e. employers and their organizations, in economic, socio-labor and other relations. The structure of Federation is based on the branch principle with the preservation of its members’ independence.

The Statute of the Federation forbids any political activity. The Deputies of Ukraine, leaders of political parties, trade-union leaders, and civil servants can’t head the Federation.
