Representatives of 13 from 14 All-Ukrainian associations of employers registered by the Ministry of Justice defined basic principles of representative quotas determination to National trilateral socio-economic council and organs which operate on trilateral basis in accordance with legislation about employment of population and obligatory state social insurance.  

Within a week the personal composition of employers’ side will be formed in National council. Representatives from every All-Ukrainian employers association will take part in National council.

«Legitimity of employers’ side decisions is determined, foremost, by possibility each of All-Ukrainian association to have their voice in National council and participating in work of other organs which operate on trilateral basis. Accepted agreement foresees the possibility of the newly created employers associations to enter the National council» - co-chairman of National trilateral socio-economic council, Executive Vice-president of Confederation of employers of Ukraine Oleksiy V. Miroshnychenko. 

During the meeting the Order for determination of representatives and deputy co-chairman of the All-Ukrainian associations of employers’ organizations in National trilateral socio-economic council and a working group is created for preparation of new release of the Law of Ukraine «About organizations of employers».

National trilateral socio-economic council is formed on December, 29, 2005 as a deliberatively-consulting organ at President of Ukraine in composition of the three sides of social dialog representatives: Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, All-Ukrainian trade unions and their associations, All-Ukrainian associations of employers’ organizations.  

According to the Ministry of justice of Ukraine, on Septembers, 4, 2007, 14 associations of employers’ organizations with All-Ukrainian status are registered in accordance with Law of Ukraine «About organizations of employers».
